Best Robot Vacuum Cleaner and Mop
Robot vacuum cleaners and mops are the best method of quickly cleaning up mess. The top robot vacuums and mop I tested had excellent navigation and mapping. They picked up Cheerios and fake dog turds, well as wires that were strung up.
You can also schedule cleaning chores with an app and monitor their progress.
1. Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra
If you're looking for the top robot vacuum and mop combo that has cutting-edge features, look no further than the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra. This top-of-the-line model is fast and nimble it can remove debris such as human hair and pet hair with a near perfect accuracy in our Debris Pickup Test. It also has a smart-looking interface that includes a mini map of your home and some on-screen buttons to control the device manually.
The S8's Dirt-Detection Technology allows it to change the cleaning mode in accordance with the level of dirt. It will pause and wash its mopping pad more frequently when it comes across dust, while prioritizing carpeted areas to be mopped with a damp pad.

The mop roller comes with several other clever features, such as a dock that connects to the plumbing system in your home to clean and wash it without having to manually refill the mop. With the built-in voice assistant in the S8 you can make use of voice commands to set room cleaning modes and the ability to control granular settings using only your voice.
2. Yeedi Cube
The Yeedi Cube offers a variety of options for those who want an automated robot vacuum that is hands-free that also has mopping capabilities. It's part of a litany of robot vacuums that also include mops however it's priced at a cheaper price than many of the competitors.
Like all robovacs, the Yeedi Cube requires a little amount of work to begin, which includes creating an account on the app of the manufacturer and connecting it to your WiFi network. Once you've done this, the robot will begin vacuuming and mopping easily.
It is important to remember that the mapping process can take some time and the Yeedi Cube may need a couple of attempts before it can get a good picture of your space. Additionally, object detection can be difficult to determine; it was able to skirt furniture and other obstacles, but was stuck on a loose tassel rug and had to flip its back to release itself. But these are minor issues and the Yeedi Cube is still a great option for those who want an all-in-one solution for cleaning.
3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete
The Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete provides a three-in-one cleaning solution. Its advanced mopping uses an alternating motion that's similar to hand scrubbers. This results in floors being cleaned, not just cleaned. The vacuum stick that can be detached is an absolute game changer that can reach places even a robot vacuum cannot.
This model is essentially identical to the well-known X2 Omni but with a slightly increased suction power of 8,700Pa and a few additional smart features. The upgraded RGBD sensor will learn to understand your home's surroundings better and provide dynamic obstacles avoidance. The smart app allows you to alter a variety of settings including AI cleanings and virtual boundaries.
The X2 Combo is also self-prepping and has both the robot vacuum and mop returning to their charging base after each task to clean their pads, empty their dust bins, and place debris into the self-sealing bags. This helps keep the system clean and prevents allergens recirculating. And its battery lifespan is long enough to cover large areas without needing a recharge mid-clean.
4. Eufy S1 Pro
The Eufy S1 Pro is a top-quality robot vacuum and mop that has impressive features for a reasonable price. It has a strong 8,000 Pa suction power and a rotating brush that is ideal for hard and carpet floors and a great obstacles-avoiding. It also features an unique mopping method that utilizes a roller continuously sprayed with water to collect dirt, and then dump it in the water tank.
robot vacuum uk was efficient. It avoided steps and walked close to walls without crashing. It struggled with small particles and did not always clear the thresholds in rooms. The operating level of the sound is also very high, which means this model might not be as easy to set and forget as the other models.
Like most robotic vacuums and mops the S1 Pro comes with a docking station that lets you refill its clean water as well as empty its dustbin and mop pad, as well as wash and dry its mop. This makes maintenance simple and lets the S1 Pro spend more time cleaning floors in line with an established schedule. You can manage all of its functions using the Eufy app, which gives an easy overview and lots of configuration options.
5. Freo X Ultra
The Freo X Ultra robot vacuum/mower is among the top mowers and vacuums available on the market. It offers impressive results in mopping and vacuuming. Its LIDAR mapping sensor can recognize furniture legs and other obstacles with decent precision, and the app lets users fine-tune map coverage, create no-go zones, and modify cleaning preferences. The main roller brush is also engineered to prevent hair from wrapping around it, which can be a big pain point with many robotic vacuums.
The Mop Mode is impressive too, with Reuleaux triangular mop pads that spin at 180 RPM and can apply up to 12N of downward pressure. The mopping system has intelligent carpet detectors, which raise the pads when they are near soft surfaces to avoid contamination.
The docking station is an automated maintenance center that is able to wash and dry the mops, and refills them with detergent and distilled water. The base station also has integrated dust processing that compacts dust for 7 weeks of uninterrupted operation, unlike traditional robot vacuums that empty their dust bins each time they need to be emptied.
6. S10
A few hundred dollars more than the S8, this robot is a slick job of keeping my office spotless and also tackle the corners of my cramped apartment. It uses laser mapping system and camera to create a 3D-map of your home, so it knows what to avoid. And, unlike many vacuums that have mopping capabilities it detects objects and obstructions that avoids things like bowls for dogs and dog toys (but not poop).
Other fantastic features include a self emptying dustbin, a mop that is self-washing, adjustable for water temperature, and a side-reaching mops that can reach areas that other mops miss. You can also set your own cleaning schedule in the app and customize the settings for each room of your home.
Like the S8, it has multi-room smart mapping, and can differentiate between laminate, carpets and hardwood rugs with high-pile. It can also avoid mopping rooms that are not filthy if you're trying to save time. It's a great choice if you have a mix of flooring in your home and don't want to spend the extra money for a Roborock with advanced mapping features.
7. Q5 Pro
This robot is an excellent choice when you're looking for a versatile robot that can handle regular maintenance on a daily basis and touch-ups to messy water stains. It has a range of features such as a self-emptying dustbin, a separate dock to refill water, and adjustable settings through the app. It's surprisingly quiet and easily moves around furniture legs or socks. It's not able to pick up tangled rug tassels up and it drains its battery more quickly than other models we tested.
With a price tag of less than $250 it's the Q5 Pro is a bargain-friendly powerhouse that packs serious suction and useful automation into a slick design. It wasn't as efficient as the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra in our tests of vacuuming, but overall it did quite well. It also comes with a range of cleaning modes to meet your needs, from the low-power 'Quiet' option for debris that is light to the more powerful 'Turbo' mode for rooms with carpet. It can even be programmed to automatically remove and reattach its mop pads without getting your carpets wet.
8. K10 Plus
The K10 Plus is an excellent robot mop and vacuum that can be used even in small areas. It's quiet and quick, and it does a great job of getting around tight spots. It's also excellent at removing pet hair from carpets.
It's smaller than its rivals, but doesn't sacrifice any features. It has decent suction power and can be configured to take pictures of every object it finds (i.e. chew toys, socks), and mark them in the app as 'not located', so that they won't be removed in future cleanings. The photos are encrypted and not tied to you account.
It is capable of vaccuming, but it isn't as good at mopping. It makes use of disposable wet wipes that you clip to the bot's bottom, and it essentially drags them around the floor. Compare this to the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra or Narwhal with water reservoirs and will automatically wash and attach their mophead.
